October Morning Practice:
Join Jenna McGrath RYT/RMT for a fall session of Morning Practice. This practice is designed for all abilities and will build from a base foundation of postures & explore through 8 classes.
Each morning this live class will be recorded & available to registered participants to use at their convenience if the live practice doesn’t fit their schedule or if you want to practice more than three times per week!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:30-8:30am

Postures - movement
