Yin for Recovery

Yoga has become an integral part of the recovery process for both athletes and non athletes. Yin yoga is particularly well suited practice for restoring and releasing tension held in the bodies tissues. The principles of Yin Yoga encourage a slow, gentle, cooling practice that is ideal for beginners and for generating the mindfulness that can support recovery.
All levels and abilities.
Please have some blankets and cushions with you.
