Join Jenna McGrath for a Sivananda experience. This traditional practice will begin with the basics and build on the foundations daily, leaving you with a practice you will be comfortable with calling upon when you need it on your own.

ONLINE classes begin Friday April 10th and run Monday - Friday ending April 24th.
