Join Filip and Vaclava for a Sound healing relaxation experience:
It is the primary technique of holistic music therapy in which the participants are affected by the beneficial sounds of natural tuned native instruments – such as the didgeridoo, singing bowls, shamanic drum, harp, mouthbow, or koncovka – played by the therapist. These instruments possess a unique ability to produce notes capable of healing the human body and harmonizing all bodily systems. A calm and relaxed state is gradually induced. The participants’ bodies get fully relaxed as tension and pain drain out of them.
It helps re-establishing the client’s emotional, physical, and mental balance, improves concentration and boosts the body’s immune system.
The Māori phrase “ora rangi” can be loosely translated as “living music”. When we began studying holistic music therapy under Dr Lubomír Holzer at the Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, we had no idea just how alive music could be. As time passed we started to discover the transformational and healing potential of natural music thanks to our dedicated lecturer and natural tuned native instruments. A new life has begun!!!
Several years later we embarked on a journey to find out more about another country as well as ourselves. We found New Zealand captivating and inspiring enough to state the following intention:
“To live in harmony with the order of the universe; to serve all creatures well; to become ora rangi.”
“Through natural music I am able to experience the world and myself at a whole new level. It is a never-ending adventure. I will be glad to share it with you.”
“Music is the joy of my life. Natural music also allows me to get in touch with the essence of myself and the world around us. I am looking forward to our mutual meeting and sharing.”
